Arbella Insurance Group Professional Skills Webinar
In partnership with the Arbella Insurance Group, a long withstanding Rian partner, we launched a professional skills webinar series for ESOL students and clients enrolled in our Individual Achievement Program. Elena Ruiz matched our ESOL students with tutors to assist them reach their career and education goals. Our friends from Arbella, Ellen Mann, Carla Lynch, and Susan Glynn, created presentations for the first two sessions focusing on personal brand, job interests, resume, cover letters, online job platforms and how to prepare for job interviews. We had a great turn-out at both sessions.
All our students in the IAP program are encouraged to work on the skills addressed in the Arbella webinars with their coach. We hope this is the first of many webinars,, and envision similar partnerships with other companies in the future. We are so grateful to Ellen, Carla, and Susan for their time and look forward to continued support and opportunities.
